”VUK KARADŽIĆ” SERBIAN CULTURAL CENTER – Bačka Topola

The Serbian Cultural Center “Vuk Stefanović Karadžić” was established on February 21, 1990, in Bačka Topola with the mission of preserving the culture of the Serbian people, ensuring its spiritual and material continuity, safeguarding ancestral traditions, and passing them on to future generations.

Members of the Center contribute to this mission through various sections: the folklore section, vocal groups, the large folk orchestra, the music school, the traditional folk instruments section, the drama section, the literary section, the section for studying folk customs, and the section for making traditional folk costumes.

The Center has promoted Serbian culture internationally, representing Serbia at festivals and events in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Austria, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
