WINERY “VUCIJI PODRUM”- Sombor

“Vučji podrum” from Sombor, is a young family winery founded in 2012. by Vuk Vujko, B.Sc. In engineering of fruit growing and wine producing, combined his love for wine and art with knowledge and experience, and thus offered all wine lovers an extraordinary melody composed of, above all, quality tastes of a divine drop, refined colours and scents and artistic experience.

The family vineyard is located in the vicinity of Sombor, in Bački Monoštor in the Bačka vineyard region. The grape varieties represented in the wines of our cellar are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from white, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Frankovka from black.

It is soon planned to supplement this palette with the old autochthonous varieties Tamjanika white and black, as well as the newer variety Probus, created at the Institute of the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad.
