SPA JUNAKOVIĆ – Apatin

Located in the far northwest of Vojvodina, just 4.5 kilometers from Apatin and the Danube River, on the edge of a beautiful forest, lies Spa Junaković.

Although the thermal springs were discovered as early as 1913, the spa officially began operations in 1983. In a relatively short period, it has secured a place among Serbia’s numerous spas, many of which have a significantly longer tradition.

The thermo-mineral springs originate from a depth of 700 meters and reach temperatures of up to 50°C, which is why the water at Spa Junaković must be cooled. In terms of quality, this water ranks alongside the waters of world-renowned spas such as Karlovy Vary, Harkány, and Lipik.

Medical therapies, conducted under professional supervision, successfully treat all types of rheumatism, orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as gynecological disorders and infertility.

The accommodation capacity includes a total of 270 beds, a large national cuisine restaurant for up to 450 guests—ideal for various celebrations and group meals—along with two seminar halls equipped with full audio-visual technology.

The complex also features outdoor swimming pools of varying depths and water temperatures, diving platforms, and water slides, making it the main attraction during the summer months. Guests can also enjoy four tennis courts, a modern eight-lane bowling alley built to World Bowling Federation standards, and for a more peaceful stay, the “Health Trail” through the Junaković Forest Park, as well as bicycle rentals for exploring nearby attractions.

The wellness offer includes various types of massages, face and body treatments, the popular “Gypsum Bermudas” treatment, algae body therapy, Moroccan wellness based on argan oil, underwater massages, Finnish saunas, and an indoor therapeutic pool. The offer is completed by a wellness weekend for two, providing true relaxation and an escape from everyday life.
