Sečanj

In the flatlands of Banat, along the Tamiš River and near the border with Romania, lies the Municipality of Sečanj, known for its peaceful landscapes, rich natural environment and traditional Banat way of life. The Danijel Ladislav Castle, dating from 1884 and surrounded by a park, is another notable attraction, as are the numerous archaeological sites that bear witness to the long continuity of human settlement in the area.
