NATIONAL HOUSE “SOKAČE” – Novi Sad
‘Sokače “is a place that will move you into slightly forgotten time, in Serbia of the twenties of the last century. Taverns at that time were the places in which people were born, lived and died, and everything was happening in and around them.
“Sokače” is a continuation of the tradition of one family from Serbia, which has contributed to the development of hospitality in this region, and its distinctive specialties.
Classic Serbian dishes are prepared according to the recipe of the family Nikolić from Zajecar.
Catering family tradition has been continued not less than a 100 years, and the tavern “Sokače” is in the well-known location which dates back to 2001. Tavern “Sokače” is recognizable by its pleasant interior and ambiance dominated by ethnic details, situated in the old part of Novi Sad.
