In 1990 it opened its doors to all well-meaning guests and from its inception it has represented a place that nurtures the Serbian tradition in cuisine, hospitality, culture and arts. The interior is designed in a rustic style, richly decorated with selected ethnological collection of old tools, objects, instruments that Serbs are used in all areas where they have lived for centuries. The restaurant has rooms for overnight stay with 18 beds of the first category. The restaurant hall has 80 seats with plenty of free space, so as to provide enough comfort for guests and is ideal for all types of small celebrations and meetings. As far as music is concerned the best performers of Gypsy, old and traditional folk music: Orchestra "Palanački biseri" are in charge Restaurant "Idila" is located near the Danube and Nature Park "Tikvara" and is also very close to the center of Bačka Palanka.
