THE HUNTING GROUND LIVADE – Bašaid

The hunting society “Pheasant” from Bašaid, in Kikinda community, manages the hunting area “Livade” on surface of 7.546 ha, and 6.916 ha of hunting area.

The hunting society “Pheasant” has 96 active members.

The constant game sorts in hunting area “Livade” are roe deer, rabbit, pheasant and gray partridge.

The hunting area has this hunting objects: 2 stable blinds, 3 breeding places for roe deer, 6 salt licks, 25 breeding places for pheasants and gray partridges and shelter for little pheasants on the surface of 0,5 ha.

The hunting society owns the hunting lodge with useful surface of 140m2, 16 ha of ground and 3,7 ha perennial depot.

The experts of this hunting area are the manager of the hunting area (faculty degree) and game warden.

The hunting tourism is very developed, specially the roe deer hunting in spring, quail summer hunting, turtle dove, wood pigeon and autumn hunting on rabbits and pheasants.
