THE MUSEUM OF TOBACCO AND BLACKSMITH’S TRADE – Telečka

If you are thinking about what new and interesting you could visit at the weekend, we suggest setting out for the little village Telečka, only about 20 kilometers away from Sombor. There, a museum of clocks and antiques was opened, so you can see the collection of 120 wall, fireplace, pocket, table clocks and watches, old money, icons, prayer books, etc. The museum of tobacco and of blacksmith trade was established by Kovač family, which traditionally deals with production and processing of tobacco. There are more than 100 exhibits, tools for processing the tobacco and tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, glue, bronze colour used for tanning, etc.). Telečka is a unique place because in such small place there are so many museums, in Telečka you can visit three museums (The Museum of Clocks and Antiques, The Museum of Tobacco and The Museum of Blacksmith Trada).
