The complex also includes an administrative building, a blacksmith, a horse stable and a granary.
The museum is surrounded by a magnificent park of 4.5 hectares, which is a natural monument-arboretum of rare and protected plant species. Park within the manor is used to represent a first-rate artwork of horticultural and garden art. Museum realizes permanent thematic and temporary exhibitions.
Historical data show that the facilities were built in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century for the noble Stratimirović family. In 1745 Maria Theresa donated the family the estate in gratitude for their services in the war against the Turks on the side of Austria. The Stratimirović family was the owner of land in Kulpin about 120 years. At the end of the nineteenth century (1889) the estate became the property of the Dunđerski family. They were the owners until 1945, when the property was nationalized. According to style and period both buildings belonging to the epoch of Classicism. The big castle acquired its present appearance during restoration in 1912. A small castle, so called ″The old castle″ is the ground -floor building built in the same style.
