THE WINERY KIŠ – Sremski Karlovci

The Winery “Kiš” is one of the most meritorious in Sremski Karlovci when the promotion of bermet and returning of the old glory to this special wine is considered. The Winery “Kiš” was found in 1801. The beginnings go to the oldest member of Kiš family, Stevan, which bought the first vineyard and started the wine production. His heirs gradually enlarged the surface and produced more and more amounts of wine, so they made the solid base for the today look of the Winery “Kiš”. They produce wines of the perfect quality like Rajan Riesling, Italian Riesling, Merlot, Chardonnay, white and black bermet. Besides wine production, they are involved in hotel tourism. They own degustation room for 45 people and 15 more people can be accommodated in summer times in garden area for wine tasting, where they organize wine tasting, but with the previous reservation.
