ETHNO VILLAGE “TIGANJICA” – Stajićevo

Right next to the motorway Zrenjanin-Beograd, near the special natural reservation “Stari Begej – Carska bara” there is an ethno complex “Tiganjica”, with an overnight stay , restaurant, mini zoo and all the other complementary content for rest and relaxation. This ethno complex was built in an old style typical for the region of Banat. There are faithfully represented replicas of Banat houses and the way of life typical for Banat. It is recognizable and famous for its big Banat windmill, for its park, flower beds, ethno sculptures, and of course an authentic hunting restaurant “Trofej”, which is widely known after its rich offer of traditional fish and game dishes and which is at the same time the basis of Tiganjice.

A special attraction at Tiganjice is a mini zoo, where roosters, peacocks, roe deer and ducks could be found, as well as horses, a lama and an ostrich.
