SIGHTSEEING I – Apatin

Retrospective view of the building of the music school, done by Apatin architect Gyula Pastos, and then visit to the Church of the Assumption of Mary, which was built in 1795 and presents a typical example of the so-called the “Danube Baroque” in which, especially interesting, Black Madonna of Apatin, the patron of the Danube Germans is placed.
Furthermore, the departure to the Danube and visit to the temple of Synod of St. Apostle which was built at the end of the twentieth century, the Serbian – Byzantine style of Apatin limestone. Possible vacation at “Golden Crown” inn with a beautiful view of the Danube.
