CITY HALL BUILDING – Senta
The City Hall, built in the Art Nouveau style, is located on the Main Square and is the most prominent feature of the town’s skyline as well as the most imposing building in Senta.
Constructed between 1912 and 1914, it was designed by Frigyes Kovács, an architect from Budapest. The building’s massive tower dominates the view of the City Hall, rising approximately 50 meters above the town and offering breathtaking panoramic views of Senta and its surroundings. The tower is richly decorated with motifs characteristic of the Hungarian Art Nouveau style.
Inside the City Hall is a masterpiece of architectural design, featuring a gallery with a unique ornamental staircase and an impressive ceremonial Assembly Hall.
