SPORTS FEDERATION OF SENTA MUNICIPALITY – Senta

In the municipality of Senta sport has a long tradition and rich history. As a result, there are numerous medals of athletes from Senta. The Senta Athletic Club was founded in 1882. The association united all sports branches at that time. Today, Sports Federation of Senta has 30 clubs and includes 20 sports branches with nearly 1,400 members. The most important sports clubs are : Athletic Club, a Wrestling club, Table tennis club, Polo club, Football club and Volleyball club. In Senta there is a modern athletic and football stadium, an Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball courts elementary school gyms are also used for sports activities. The construction of a sports hall has been in progress. Municipality of Senta has hosted numerous sporting events at local and regional level.
