WINERY “VINAT” – Erdevik
The tradition of viticulture and experience in winemaking began in 1986 when they planted the first vineyards. The winery itself was founded in 2006, and since then, at every step, from growing vines to the bottling of wine, it has given the highest priority quality. The process of wine production is set on a rich tradition of winemaking in this region, historically tied to the practice of winemaking old continent with a combination of modern technology. Currently, Vinat winery produces about 25 000 litres of wine a year from grapes from its own plantations area of 4 ha, as well as from grapes from pre-selected locations on Fruška Gora. From the vine varieties in their own orchards, the most represented is the Italian Riesling, Early Riesling and Franconian, and since this year Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot have been produced. The winery is located 17 km from Šid. Opening hours are from 7-19 h.
