WINERY “BRESTOVAČKI” – Erdevik
In Erdevik, a village in the forest, on the slopes of Fruška Gora there are vineyards of wine cellar “Brestovački”. The best species are grown here such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Only the location of the vineyards is suitable for taking care of grapevine and producing grapes of the highest quality. The special wind which blows here is good for the vineyards, and the sun rays which are reflected by the water Moharac lake are good for the vineyards. Grapes are grown in Erdevik. With modern technology and temperature control, the fermentation is done and later wine laying. Wines are circled and of full taste, with strong species characteristics and smells and cristal brightness. The best pleasure you can have when you drink it cold on a temperature from 10 to 12 C. Wine cellar is situated 17 km from Šid you can visit it from 7 to 19 h.
