HUNTING GROUND IN OPOVO – Opovo
Hunting Association “Opovo”, located in Opovo manages the hunting ground “Tamiš-Baranda” with total area of 20,264 ha, of which hunting area covers about 16,000 ha.
Constantly grown species of game are roe deer, pheasant, hare and partridge.
Following hunting facilities are in the function in the hunting ground: 8 stable stands, 2 hunting stand in a tree, 8 feeding stations for deer feeding 12 for pheasant and field partridge, 8 salt stands and 4 shelters for pheasants.
Professional service provides a qualified person hired under a contract and a gamekeeper assisted by 10 volunteers gamekeepers. Hunting tourism is not developed.
