The “Royal” hotel is situated in the very city center, near the city park in the close vicinity of the river Tisa. At this exact location, in 1836, there was an inn – “Dobogo” – which was renamed in 1880, becoming the “Kralj” hotel. The building was demolished in 1911, and the “Royal” hotel was built that same year at the same spot. It features 3 impressively furnished comfy suites, 30 and 18 single rooms, 26 double rooms, 2 triple and 2 four-bed rooms. All the rooms have a bathroom, a telephone, Internet and cable TV. The hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel restaurant, with the capacity of up to 110 people, offers a rich selection of Serbian and Hungarian cuisine, as well as a wide selection of national and foreign beverages. The walls of the restaurant have been decorated with art-pieces portraying the battle of Zenta from 1697.
