EVANGELICAL CHURCH – Kulpin

Evangelical Church in Kulpinu from 1875, was built 132 years after the settlement of Slovaks in Kulpin. This religious building was built by a famous architect from Novi Sad Alojz Čoček in neo-Romanesque style. The organ in the church is two keyboards organ purchased in Budapest in 1891. A sculpture of King David with the harp located at the top makes them unique. The altar painting depicts the Last Supper, which is the most similar version to Da Vinci᾽s. Like most temples it is characterized by the exceptional acoustics, as experienced by many famous musicians who held concerts in this temple.
