CITY LIBRARY – Pančevo
The City Library is located in the city center, in a purpose-built building of approximately 2,000 square meters. It has a large reading room with 122 seats, where cultural and artistic programs are held, as well as exhibition space in the gallery and the entrance hall.
The library also holds a significant collection of paintings by renowned artists. It has a collection of over 162,000 books and currently receives more than 70 serial publications.
Established catalogues include author, title, subject, and professional catalogues, as well as an electronic catalogue (since 2001). The founder and main financier of the library is the Municipality of Pančevo.
