SYNAXIS OF THE HOLY APOSTLES – Apatin
The Synod of the St. Apostles is magnificent orthodox church built on the coast of Danube, in the tradition of old Serbian style and famous Serbian –Byzantine style. The church was built of Apatin’s silicate brick and painted with beautiful frescoes by the masters of frescoes painting. The building of the church was started in 1998. As the part of the church there is priest home with beautiful park. Today in this church, during the orthodox celebrations, many citizens of Apatin and nearby places are gathering.
