HUNTING GROUND “VELIKI SIGET” – Banatsko Aranđelovo
It is important to mention the hunting ground “Great Sighet” which is located in the Banat territory. Accommodation is provided in a hunting lodge in New Kneževac.
An additional advantage of this hunting area is the vicinity of the “Kanjiža Spa” and the Tisza River. The stuffed animals collection of Radivoje Jančić is interesting to be seen in the hunting ground itself. It is located in the municipality of Novi Kneževac spreading over the total area of 30,539 ha, out of which the hunting area covers 29,085 ha. Game offer: deer, rabbit, pheasant, common partridge, quail, turtle dove, ring-necked dove and wild ducks.
The part of the area is in charge of The Hunting Association ‘’Kočovat”.
