THE TEMPLE OF SAINT BASIL OF OSTROG – Novi Banovci
By the decision of Bishop Vasilije of Srem, the parish and church community of St. Basil of Ostrog was founded in Novi Banovci in 1991. The site was consecrated 1992, and the church has been built in the Byzantine style with the help of donations from the congregation of believers in Novi Banovci. Today the church is nearly finished with the only remaining task being the painting of the interior.
