THE CHURCH OF ST. THEODORE THE TIRON – Irig
The first church which was built in 1679. was destroyed in 1780., and on it`s place was built the one that stands today. The iconostasis is from XVIII century and it was painted by Jovan Klajić and Milisav Marković. There is the Mother`s of God Throne and the Archbishop`s Throne as well with later painted icon of Christ from XVIII century, while on the choir is separated chapel of St. Haralampije with the iconostasis from 1811.
