“STARA PAZOVA” CULTURAL CENTER – Stara Pazova
The public institution “Cultural Center Stara Pazova” celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010. Over the past 50 years, the Cultural Center Stara Pazova has pursued its programmatic goals and tasks in educating citizens, providing further training or retraining, distributing cultural assets, organizing cultural events—both professional and amateur—and contributing to the development of the creative potential of young people as well as talented individuals from the Stara Pazova municipality.
Amateur theater productions such as Dervish and Death, Hamlet, The Woman with a Secret, and Collection Center, created independently or in co-production with local Stara Pazova associations or cultural-artistic societies, have won numerous awards and recognitions throughout Serbia, and at one time also at festivals of the former SFRY.
