The Tourism Organisation of Vojvodina conducted a working visit to Subotica, during which a number of significant tourist sites were visited and the rich and diverse tourism offer of this part of Bačka was presented. The visit began with a working meeting at the Tourist Information Centre of the Tourism Organisation of Subotica, focusing on opportunities to strengthen cooperation, promote joint activities, and connect tourism products and services at the regional level. During the tour of Subotica, some of the city’s most important cultural, historical, and architectural attractions were presented, including the City Hall, the city promenade, the Old Crafts Street, and the Raichle Palace. The programme continued in Palić, where participants visited Lake Palić and Palić Zoo, with a presentation of the “Family Welcome” programme, implemented as part of the “Majestic ZOOs” project. The working visit concluded with a tour of the Carriage Museum and the “Horseshoe” Hall at Kelebija Stud Farm, where the rich equestrian tradition and heritage of the area were presented as an important part of the tourism offer of northern Bačka.

Such working visits make an important contribution to the exchange of experience, networking among tourism stakeholders, and the further development of joint tourism promotion activities. The Tourism Organisation of Vojvodina and the Tourism Organisation of Subotica will continue their cooperation with the aim of further connecting, developing, and promoting the tourism assets of Subotica, Palić, and other destinations across Vojvodina in both domestic and international markets.
