FITA 2022 conference (Financial Investment and Trade in Africa) was held for the fifth time in Tunisia from 25 to 26 May 2022. The conference was organized by the Tunisian-African Business Council in cooperation with the Tunisian Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economy and Planning, with the participation of over 500 political and economic entities from 45 countries and more than 3,500 businessmen.
On that occasion, from 24 to 28 May 2022, a delegation of the Provincial Government visited Tunisia, led by the Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism – Nenad Ivanišević PhD, with representatives of the Tourism Organization of Vojvodina, the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina, the Arabic Center for International Cooperation, and businessmen from Vojvodina.
On the first day of the conference, within the second panel on the topic “Africa – European Union: Investment Opportunities and Global Trends”, the Secretary of Economy and Tourism – Nenad Ivanišević addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of exchanging resources, knowledge and experiences in tourism, business and investment activities. Within the exhibition space, as part of the conference, the Tourism Organization of Vojvodina presented the complete tourist offer of the Province.
On the second day of the International Conference, the delegation of AP Vojvodina presented the tourist products and economic potentials of the Province. The attendees were addressed by: the Secretary for Economy and Tourism – Nenad Ivanišević PhD, Secretary of the Association of Services of the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina – Branislav Mamić, and Director of the Tourism Organization of Vojvodina – Nataša Pavlović PhD. Dr. Pavlović pointed out the significant increase in the arrival of foreign tourists to AP Vojvodina, from one year to the next, as well as the variety of tourist products and multiculturalism, which makes Vojvodina a special tourist destination. During the presentation, attendees were able to get acquainted with the offer of cities, nature reserves, national parks, cultural assets, rural and spa tourism of the province, through promo film and promotional material.
