“SREDNJI BANAT” HUNTING GROUND – Alibunar

The “Srednji Banat” hunting ground covers a total area of 53,436 hectares, of which 52,444 hectares are designated as hunting areas. The game species regularly bred and managed in the area include roe deer, wild boar, hare, pheasant and grey partridge. Hunting tourism is still in the early stages of development. Accommodation is available for tourists at the Plava Dama Motel, located at Devojački Bunar. The hunting ground is managed by the “Srndać” Hunting Association. The most popular event is the “Banat Fox Hunt”, held in the second half of January. It is organised by the Alibunar Municipal Tourist Organisation and the “Srndać” Hunting Association.
