The tall edifice that rises above the Danube offers an attractive ambience, as well as, a comfort for a pleasant stay. Restaurant “Dunav” (The Danube) is nicely fitted into in a hotel complex built for the gatherings of the larger groups of people. In the restaurant, you can order fish broth and fried fish that is characteristic for this area, but, also, the dishes of the international cuisines. This is the place for huge events, such as beauty contests, wedding receptions, business meetings and anniversaries, competitions in cooking fish broth and stew, and other similar large-scale events. The guests have tennis courts, swimming pool, casino and well-appointed area for the competitions in cooking fish broth (for 80 participants) at their disposal. We organize the sightseeing of Sremski Karlovci, the monasteries on Fruška Gora and other cultural and natural sites in this part of the Danube valley for the groups that visit or stay in the restaurant or the hotel. There is a plan of constructing moorings and harbour for the large white ships in order to acquaint the numerous tourists, the Europeans and the Americans, with the history of this town. Besides the cultural and historical heritage, Sremski Karlovci is very proud of its wines. About twenty wine producers offer top class white and red wines, which have been made of the grapes from the vineyards located on the nearby hills for centuries.
