CULTURAL CENTER OF NOVI SAD – Novi Sad

Cultural Centre of Novi Sad activities are spreading, mainly concerned about the quality of the actions taken looking for new models of culture presentation. By different program activities such as literary and society platforms, scene, music and film programs, publishing activities, festivals, multimedia and interdisciplinary projects, Cultural Centre is well known by its openness and eligibility of new culture tendencies. Therefore, the Centre is surly one of the leading cultural institutions with a sense of hearing and creative potential, persistent in intention to animate various generations of artists, especially younger ones, to join creative energies in realization of new culture projects, actions, manifestations and festivals.

Program activity of the Cultural Centre of Novi Sad is realized in its own space: Art Club (literary programs and other platforms, ‘package’ program – philosophy platform, music program – Jazz club, public presentation of workshops, Art cinema program,…), Cultural Centre big hall (film, scene and music program), Cultural Centre Plastic Art Salon (exhibitions held by artist of younger generation), Small Plastic Art Salon (plastic and fine artists exhibitions, salable exhibitions). Depending on necessary certain programs and projects realization conditions, Cultural Centre of Novi Sad sometimes realizes its contents in other culture organizations and institutions – theatre halls, galleries, as well as at out in the open – city squares, courtyards, Petrovaradin fortress…

Since its early beginnings and especially in the past few years, Cultural Centre of Novi Sad has achieved dynamic contacts with international subjects from the field of culture, such as institutions and artists, realizing a great number of interesting programs, actions and projects.

Cultural Centre of Novi Sad is the house that holds almost five decades long tradition at the field of culture.
