HOTEL “PREZIDENT” – Palić

Hotel Prezident is located in a stunning ambiance near a century old park, 50 meters away from the shore of the Palić lake. An interesting architectural design, combined with well-equipped rooms, spa and wellness facility, the hotel plays a major role for many events that take place on the banks of lake Palić. Capacity: 4 Suites, 40 Rooms, of which 8 double and 32 twin rooms, 86 Beds. There is an option of adding rollaway beds. All rooms are luxuriously furnished, featuring a plasma TV, a phone with a direct line and a mini bar

The hotel features: an aperitif bar, restaurant, meeting room (13 seats), conference room (up to 80 people), a summer patio, a children’s play area,  free parking, wellness and spa center, free wi-fi, room service, jacuzzi, safes, laundry washing and ironing services.

All public rooms, the conference room and the meeting room have air conditioning, as well as all rooms. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers.

Wellness and spa center covers 1000 m2, with an open 17×8 m pool, jacuzzi for 6 people, turbojet and water stream. The water temperature depends on the outside air temperature.

The fitness center has ‘Techno Gym’ multi-functional equipment, weights, cardio program (bicycle, treadmills, steppers). The spa center also has a dry Finnish sauna and a hydromassage bed for 6 persons. The 9x6m indoor pool is filled with water reaching temperatures between 26 and 28 oC. Massages are also available. Spa and Wellness center is available to the exterior guests, with mandatory reservation at the hotel’s reception desk.
