WINERY “VINARIUM” – Banoštor

The winery is situated in the settled village Banoštor on the road Novi Sad – Ilok (Croatia) on 10km from Beočin. Vinarium is a young winery found in 2009., based on long year tradition in growing grape wine Radošević family, which together with families Bikicki and Šljivančanin wants to improve and enlarge its production. As the sorts are concerned, that are the sorts which give high-quality wines, which are very gentle and hard for growing, and that`s why they are very rare in our country. Every winegrower knows how hard it is to produce is Pinot Noir, Traminac, Sauvignon Blanc, and that are sorts which are highly common. There is a wish to promote some sorts of domestic wines which are almost forgotten, like Župljanka and Crna Tamnjanika (black wine).
