The Municipality of Mali Iđoš 1771 built a chancel, while merciful, Kamara built the present church in 1778. The church built in the honor of St. Anne is 35 long and 13 m wide, the tower is 35 m high while the entire surface covers 526 m².The organs which function even today were built by Ištvan Kovač, the master from Szeged. The church was renovated several times. Final refurbishment of larger proportion was done in 1939. Today the side altars and pulpits are in the same place where they used to be in the past. Besides the main altars there are three side altars which were built in the simplified baroque style. The painting of the main altar is the work of art of the master Joseph Francisco Falconeri and represents the Blessed Virgin between St Anne and St. Joachim. The painting was made in Buda in 1791. The paintings of side altars are the work of art of Moro Tano, (1828-1899) the painter from Stari Bečej. It was painted in Pest in 1868. One painting represents St. Joseph, the carpenter of Nazareth, betrothed of the Virgin Mary, with the baby Jesus in his hands. Another painting represents, the archbishop of St. John from Nepomuk, a martyr of the secret confession in a dungeon. The third altar in Lurdeška cave, and it was made in 1938 by the project of the engineer Károly Molcer . It was built by the stonecutter Jacob Schiller who also built three galleries. The frescoes are part of two academic painters from Zagreb: Rudolf Donasy and Miro Krajić . Bethlehem is the work of the 1950s done by the artists and nuns Brehmane from Zagreb. The pictures of the and figures of Bethlehem are made of baked clay. The present pastor is Ferenc Brašnjo . “
