Second Partner Meeting Held within the AIpromTOUR Project

As part of the AIpromTOUR – AI as a Boost for CBC Tourism Destination project, the second meeting of the project partners was held on 9 July 2026 at the Master Congress Centre of the Novi Sad Fair.

The meeting brought together representatives of all partner organisations with the aim of exchanging information on the project implementation to date, coordinating upcoming activities, and planning the next steps in carrying out the project tasks.

Particular emphasis was placed on reviewing the activities, achieved results, and project outputs during the first reporting period, as well as on planning the activities that will follow in the next phase of project implementation. The partners discussed the coordination of project activities, the implementation schedule of work packages, mutual cooperation, and compliance with the planned deadlines.

One of the topics addressed at the meeting was project communication and visibility. The partners reviewed the promotional activities carried out so far, discussed plans for improving public outreach, and considered joint activities aimed at promoting the project results.

The second partner meeting once again confirmed the importance of continuous cooperation among the project partners in achieving the common goal of enhancing the sustainable development of tourism in the cross-border area of Serbia and Croatia through the application of modern digital solutions based on artificial intelligence.

The AIpromTOUR project is being implemented within the framework of the Interreg VI-A IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia–Serbia. The project partners are the Tourism Organisation of Vojvodina as the lead partner, the Croatian National Tourist Board, the Vukovar-Srijem County Tourist Board, and the Danube Competence Center.
