EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL CENTER SEČANJ – Sečanj
It was established in 1995, by transformation of the former National University. In correspondence with The Cultural and Educational Society of the municipality it conducts and consolidates cultural contents, taking care of the amateur groups and events. It is also the host of many events, musters , festivals and gatherings of the cultural followers: “Mitrovdanski susreti” (“Reencounters on Mitrovdan”), “Zavičajni susreti Hercegovaca” („The Native land Reencounters of Folks from Herzegovina“), “Etno radionica” („An Ethno Workshop“), “Pisci na granici” („The Writers on the Border“), the regional muster of recites, the festival of folklore traditions of Vojvodina, painting exhibitions, etc.
