According to the official data of the Republic Institute of Statistics for the first seven months, there was an upward trend in tourist traffic in Vojvodina. In the mentioned period, the total number of tourist arrivals increased by 2.4% (386,091 arrivals), while the number of foreign tourist arrivals increased by 8%, compared to the same period of the previous year.

In the seven months of 2023, 1,082,580 overnight stays were realized on the area of AP Vojvodina, which represents an increase of 3.3%. The number of foreign tourist overnight stays was 547,880, which represents an increase of 7.5% compared to the same period in 2022.

The most visited spa in the first seven months is Vrdnik with a total increase in tourist arrivals of 2% (45,543 arrivals) and a total increase in the number of tourist overnight stays of 5.2% (112,258 overnight stays). A 60.1% increase in the number of foreign tourist arrivals in Vrdnik is recorded, as well as an increase in overnight stays of 61.7%.

The Fruška Gora National Park also recorded a total increase of 2% in arrivals and 6% in overnight stays. The increase in foreign tourist arrivals is 54.3%, and the increase in overnight stays by foreign tourists in the period of the seven months of 2023 is 46.8%.

The most visited city in the seven months in Vojvodina is Novi Sad. It records a total increase in tourist arrivals of 12.2% and a total increase in overnight stays in the amount of 8.3%.

Bečej recorded a record increase in total arrivals of 69.7% (3,064 arrivals) and total overnight stays of 100.5% (15,627 overnight stays). The increase in arrivals of domestic tourists in Bečej amounted to 56.3%, and foreign tourists to 84.5%. The number of overnight stays by domestic tourists in Bečej increased by 92.8%, as well as by foreign tourists in the amount of 108.6%.

Based on internal statistics maintained by the Tourism Organization of Vojvodina, in the first seven months of 2023, the Info Center was visited the most by tourists from the following countries: Russia, Germany, France, Hungary and Spain.
