Sport Fishermen Association "Jezero" was founded in 1997. The first open-cast mining on the lake and restocking were completed in 1998. Professional work on the renovation of the lake were made in 2001. By its nature, the lake is artificial and extends in the direction southeast-northwest in the area of ​​South Bačka District. The entire complex covers 2 ha, while the water surface covers the area of 1.5 ha. The lake is a rectangle in shape and its dimensions are 286 m by 55 m. The depth of the lake is from 0.5 m to 2.5 m in some places, and on average it is between 1 m and 2 m deep. Fishing is possible only from one shore of the lake that is marked with 15 seats. Fishing is allowed on the four rods with one hook. Counter hooks on the hook is permitted.

Fishing from a boat is prohibited. The lake is completely illuminated with four large footlights allowing easier night fishing. All hooked fish weighing more than three kilos must be released according to the "catch and release" policy. Carps up to three kilograms can be purchased at affordable prices. Fishing spots on the lake can be reserved 7 days in advance. The groundbait with powder feed is prohibited. Landing net with fine mesh and washer for acceptance of fish that can be get on the lake is necessary. In the lake there are between 6 and 7 tons of fish. Carp is mostly represented with 75%, then 15% of grass carp, pike 3%, perch 3%, 4% other types. Fish is healthy and in excellent condition, and the indication of these facts is its fighting spirit stick. The biggest hooked carp was weighing 24.5 kg, while the carp was weighing 21 kg. Pond is opened from 00-24, with the exception of Monday, which is a non -working day. Opening hours are valid for the period from 1 March to 31 November of the current year. Besides enjoying the fishing provided by Lake, there is also a club association in which you can refresh yourselves with a cold drink and friendly staff. If you are staying at the lake for several days you can use the kitchen, which is in the property of the club.
