PRAYER HOUSE OF THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY - Beočin

The construction of the house of prayer started in 2000, by laying the foundations. Thanks to the help of the citizens all around Serbia and the Municipality of Beočin in 2005 the construction was continued. Two years later, in 2007 the active praying started in a newly built house of prayers. Thanks to the donation of the Iranian Embassy the construction of the object for prayers was finished. Apart from the house of prayer itself, an object for religious washing (andestana) was built together with the wash rooms. Currently the chapel is being built, which will be used for religious baths (gusulhana).
