In the ancient Bač, the town on Mostonga, rich with cultural-historical monuments, a countryside household “Dida’s House“ is situated. The house was built in the beginning of the 20th century, and it is equipped and furnished with fittings from that period. ”Dida’s House” will bring everybody back to the times of brick stoves and the smell of old Granny’s kitchen. With old and almost forgotten dishes, drinks and sweets, near the čardak (a wooden object used for preservation of grains) or under the đeram (a wooden construction used for pulling the water out of the well), the gusts can spend pleasant and romantic moments in real village surroundings. The owners of the house and the hosts are Stjepan and Stanka Čoban. The house is located near the center of Bač and only 200m away from the Medieval Fortress of Bač.
