At the end of Bačka Fortress Street, near the channel and the Town Gates, there is a catholic sanctuary Calvary (the same as Golgotha), which in the catholic religion represents the place of pilgrimage on religious holidays. There are 14 aprons which symbolize the events – the throes – on Christ’s way to the crucifixion.
